Notes from my Weekend

Been a few days since I last posted because I've been doing other things:

  • Friday, I got my iPod fixed after a few months of its not working. The Apple Support line made me go to the Apple Store to get it looked at, which at first kind of pissed me off, but then when the guy just took a new one out of the box and handed it to me, I can't say that was annoyed anymore.
  • Saturday, I did nothing.
  • Sunday, we had to go to Julie's grandparents' 60th anniversary . . . mass at St. Henry's in Erlanger. The mass was followed by a luncheon in the basement of the church. It was nice. They had cheese.
  • Monday, Sadie and I went to get movies and groceries. We stopped at B&N so she could play with the trains and then we went next door and bought her a balloon (a penguin balloon!!!) Sadie and I made another chicken pot pie (which she strangely found fascinating) and an apple-pie-which-ended-up-an-apple-dumpling-but-was-probably-better-for-it (this was fun actually. I used the last of the apples we had from last year and "made it from scratch." It was good!) I also watched Bug which, while it wasn't amazing, was definitely worth watching. I also traded in Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii yesterday and bought Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the DS. Hehehe . . .
