I'm really excited about this.
I love comic books - most of you know this - and one of my most unexpectedly favorite comics is a 2-volume maxi-series graphic novel that came out in the early 00's (I think) called DC: The New Frontier.
Well, a cartoon version of it came out on dvd today called Justice League: New Frontier and, though I AM a little biased here, I'm going to go ahead out on a limb here and say for the record that it is probably the best superhero movie I've ever seen. That might be a tough call to justify because I do love Batman Begins . . . but no matter what, I will say here that JL:NF captures the idea of superheroes better than any other movie I've ever seen.
It's a cartoon. Get over it. It's about comic books. Get over that too. It's a first class movie. The animation style is top-knotch, and Jeremy Sisto as the voice of The Batman is spot-on, "giggling giddily because it's so good" perfect.

Xenu - You and Brian are the biggest nerds Ive ever met. ;)
We you seperated at birth? He threatened my life by the way - If I do not buy them.
I suppose I could try this movie...although I am not a comic fan. However, if it's that "japanimation" crap, I can't stand that animation. Old Disney movies are way better than that!!
Yes, I actually consider myself a sort of "tester" for all things Geek. Its working out well for me but the pay is crap. . .
